Oh this is a toughie, I really can’t answer it as only one character so I’ll just list the characters I would be; My Shepard from Mass Effect, Champion of Kirkwall(Dragon Age 2) my Death knight from WoW.

Probably Shadowstep because I like the name.

I would like to live back in Washington state, I loved the place and how the weather turned on a dime.

Um fuck I haven’t read a real book in a while so I’ll just use a comic book instead, the character is She-hulk and I would beg for her not to destroy my house.

As he sneaked away off the train into the dense crowds of Canterlot he saw several guards amongst the crowd, this was unusual. He sneaked away into a nearby alleyway as a group of guards pasted him.

“I can’t believe they caught him, who would have thought that the Lunar Army’s commanding officer was hiding in the Everfree.” One of the guards said.

“Not only that but Princess Celestia is planing something special planed for him, also they said they didn’t catch Shadowstep. Do you think Coolis and Lightblade will be investigating the Everfree more closely now?” Another one asked with a curious tone.

“Well what ever they do I just hope they find him, Shadowstep is a bastard and tratior to the crown.” a third one said as they moved past him. He started to make his way to the Canterlot royal square when he saw them.

A white stallion weilding a sheild and hammer, the other a grey stallion weilding a claymore. Whatever hope Shadowstep had of sneaking into the palace just disappeared as the two that stood before him was his half-brother and father. The two of them would have set up wards that could sense when someone entered or exited the palace, and with them both here it would mean more wards then he could advoid. 

He sucked in a breath as he knew he would have to fight these two in a fight. He wasn’t worried about killing them, he told himself a long time ago that to complete his mission he would kill family if it came to it. Althought with only a knife and some flash bangs he would have to work for his victory. He unsheathed his knife as he started to make his way into the courtyard.

What the hell happened here?

The train ride was a quiet one, most guards don’t check the cargo bay now that the changling threat was ended. He could only guess how far he was from his destination.

Canterlot, he didn’t enjoy coming to Canterlot much due to the high class society. Most of the ponies there thought themselves to be of a higher class then anyone else. Last time he was in Canterlot it resulted in a fight between him and his father and brother. Both of them serve Celestia, his father was one of the Rangers that patrolls the more dangerious parts of Equestria. While his brother was one of her loyal Paladins, trained in high class combat magic he never ventures far from Canterlot unless it was her order. 

If Shivv did betray them then his brother would most likely want to be questioning him. That eans he would be on the upper levels of the city near the palace. 

His ears twitched as he heard the squeeling of the trains brakes. He finally reached Canterlot, and his test of skills to get inside and back out before he was caught would begin.

As he made his way to the train station in the nearby village of Ponyville, Shadowstep avoided the open crowds to draw less attention to himself. As he approached the train station he over heard a little bit of talk from some of the near by towns folk. 

“I heard that Daggers was finally caught by the Crystal guards that Shining Armor brought back with him.” said a female voice.

“No way, I hear Celestia herself went and caught the traitor with the help from the inside, a pegasus by the name of Vertigo got tired of the war and helped end it.” another one said

“Yea I heard about that too, they say he’s in Canterlot and refuses any type of reward. Some even dare say he too a vow of silence.”

Shadowstep couldn’t believe the words that he heard, his own friend betrayed them? After everything Daggers did for him, at first he didn’t believe the gossip. However as minutes of thinking and reconnecting memories it all made sense. Vertigo first joined up to find his younger sibling, after that it was family first and the Lunar rebellion second. 

He heard the train caller call out a last boarding for a train to Canterlot, Shadowstep decided that even if it was just gossip it was worth checking into and he swiftly made his way into the cargo car and hide amongst the luggage. Soon he will know truly if Vertigo betrayed them, and would dispense Judgement upon him if he did. 

“When I first joined the Lunar army and guard, my first task was to test Princess Luna’s combat ability to see where she stood. After that I was moved to another division but I never truly stopped watching over her.”

Shadowstep simply crumbled up the note and grabbed a matchbox out of the near by desk drawers. He threw it into the waste bin and lite a match, and dropped it into the bin. He left with thee note still burning into the trash bin, he didn’t want to leave any trail of where he was going. 

He left for the armory and started to load one of the small duffle bags with various items. He grabbed four flash bang grenades, a MARK 23 with five full clips, a six and a half inch combat knife, and a weeks worth of mres. He lifted the bag up and started to think about his plan. He could use his position to get an escort to the Crystal Empire and make his way to Shivv, however that makes him a big target. 

He decided that it might be safer just to smuggle on board one of the supply trains to the Crystal Empire. He started to make his way to the base’s borders inside the Everfree. Until he returned it has to look like the base is still at full staff or else something might happen and chaos ensues. He made a quick side trip to a computer and started to type in commands. The base would still relay information to the other bases and military forces and still look like it was training it’s troops. 

As he started to leave the base his mind wondered at the possible future for the Lunar Army, would he be branded a traitor for abandoning his post and looking for his troops or would he succeed and life would return to what normal life of a solider would be?
